OUR FAVOURITE WEDDING VENUES IN MUDGEE
Planning a wedding in the Mudgee Region? Whether you're dreaming of vineyard romance, country elegance, or something a little more modern and edgy — Mudgee offers some of the most beautiful wedding venues in NSW.
Here are our top venue picks for the region — plus all the links you need to help couples plan, book, and imagine their photo booth at each location.
Blue Wren Farm
Be ready to get swept away by the beauty of Blue Wren Farm. Blue Wren Farm is loved for its exclusivity, stunning food and wine offerings, gorgeous gardens and vineyards, and its overall beauty. The venue features a dedicated ceremony pavilion and a modern reception barn with cathedral ceilings, offering a seamless flow from ceremony to reception. A photo booth slips seamlessly into its decor; and we should know - we’ve dabbled with a few booth setups there now! You’ll be treated with genuine warmth from everyone that works there, with Soph, Nick and Simon leading the experience. Loved by locals and tourists alike, it’s one of our favourite venues to be at every day of the week, and especially on your wedding day.

The Vinegrove
Nestled in the heart of 50 acres of grapevines just outside Mudgee, The Vinegrove offers a bespoke marquee-style wedding reception experience and a new, nature filled ceremony space. Couples love it because it's both beautiful and practical, an all-in-one venue designed to facilitate stunning photos, on-site accommodation, BYO flexibility, inclusive styling touches, and full property exclusivity - all just 5 minutes from town. We love it for its stunning location, great venue layout (hello photo booth next to the bar!!) and wedding organisation being top tier with venue owners, Sarah and Tim Ferris. You will not be disappointed with a wedding at Vinegrove!

Lowe Family Wine Co – The Pavilion at Lowe
Easily one of Mudgee’s most popular wedding venues, Lowe Family Wine has multiple ceremony and reception spaces. You’ll find it hard to say no to having your ceremony in The Bush Chapel, followed by a reception up at The Pavillion marquee (best for big weddings!), the Cellar Door, or a more intimate offering at The Zin House. You’ll be surrounded by lush rolling hills, an elegant country-style venue with vintage details, and washed down with plenty of award-winning food and wine. This is a space to create your photo booth memories in style!
And we should know, because this is where The Party Booth founders Olivia and Tom chose to have their own wedding in July, 2020.

Putta Bucca House (Just 5 minutes from Mudgee’s town centre)
An elegant 1850s sandstone homestead tucked along the banks of the Cudgegong River, Putta Bucca House is pure old-world charm with modern luxury. This estate-style venue offers a magical blend of history, manicured gardens, and exclusive-use event areas, including an intimate marquee, grand verandas, and wide-open lawns framed by towering trees and romantic lighting.
It’s a dream for couples who want a timeless wedding in a heritage setting — think pre-wedding drinks under the olive tree, garden ceremonies with a string quartet, and golden-hour portraits in front of the homestead’s soft stone facade.
Why we love it: It’s a photographer’s paradise, incredibly private, and steeped in character — the kind of place where your guests linger longer and memories are made in every corner. It also pairs beautifully with our photo booth for garden party vibes or inside the marquee under the stars.
